A visit and cooking class at the New York Wine and Culinary Center gives you a look into the rich agriculture, viticulture and culinary talents of New York State while a stop by Bejo Seeds and Cornell Cooperative Extension will show you how cutting-edge farming is being developed right in the Finger Lakes region.
