The Geneva Music Festival will host its annual benefit at 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 23, 2019, at the Gearan Center for Performing Arts of Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
The program will feature Geoffrey Herd, violin; Hannah Collins, cello; and Zahari Metchkov, piano. They will perform Clara Schumann’s Three Romances for Violin and Piano, Caroline Shaw’s In Manus Tuas for solo cello, Rebecca Clarke’s Piano Trio and Brahms Piano Trio in c minor.
In addition to world-class music, guests will enjoy delicious food and Hermann J. Wiemer wine, as well as an assortment of desserts. A silent auction will offer many unique Finger Lakes gifts and experiences.

The 2019 Season of the Geneva Music Festival (GMF), to be held May 24 through June 16, will celebrate “Women in Music: Key Players.” Much of the Festival’s programming will represent women’s contributions to music through featured composers or performers.
