An intimate, farm-to-table, family-style dinner on the breathtaking grounds of Kettle Ridge Farm. The first of four dinners in 2019, this 100-seat dinner will showcase the early summer bounty of small artisanal farms in this little corner of the world.
First up is Chef Jeffory McLean of FLX Foodies and NY Kitchen. The menu is "chef's choice"; Cheffory and his team will gather and prepare local, seasonal ingredients based on what is available the week of the dinner. The mystery is all part of the fun, and they guarantee to please a wide range of palates. The menu will be gluten-free friendly (not entirely, but a majority of the dishes will be gluten-free).
