This course will be your non-traditional wine pairings. Think of all the classic wine pairings, sweet wine with spicy food, red wine with steak, and Champagne and oysters, you will not see any of those here. We will explore your creativity with unique food and wine pairings. In the traditional food and wine rules these pairings should not work, yet somehow, they do! The beverage educator will lead you through this non-traditional pairing and explain how cooking technique and wine styles make a difference for these pairings. This class will include a small sampling of food.
