Wine and Culinary Center offers hands-on classes with
great new spring recipes. Take a class, watch a demonstration or just enjoy a Taste of the Finger Lakes in the Lounge upstairs.

With the arrival of the Lehigh Valley Railroad to the Finger Lakes region in the 1890s, the area experienced a “mini boom” of growth as Manchester, NY became a division point where crews and locomotives were exchanged. Today, the Finger Lakes Scenic Railway crisscrosses the region and connects people with the past, while offering new ways to see the area. The ever popular Blues and Brews ride offers live local music and local brews.
Two new excursions coming up are the Ontario County Historical Tour, offering the chance to dress in roaring 20's attire and listen to some live rag time music from the that period. The Hike, Bike and Ride allows you to bring your bike on the train, jump off at a variety of locations and bike home, or bike over to the next round trip train stop. The Finger Lakes Scenic Railway is a great way to get around and see some hidden treasures.
The Finger Lakes is also your destination for one-of-a-kind downtown shopping. Uncover unique pieces made by local artisans at Artizann's in Naples, NY. How about a traditional Afternoon Tea at Dallywaters Tea Room and Art Gallery, also in Naples. Stroll around any of our historic downtowns and stop to enjoy some light fare or a glass of Riesling in the downtown cafes and restaurants.

Brimming with natural resources, we have been dubbed Nature’s Health Club. The Finger Lakes is a natural for walking and biking, swimming, horseback riding, golfing, skiing, and other recreational opportunities designed to get folks up and out and physically active in our great outdoors. Additionally, our region is known for U-pick locations and weekly farmer’s markets for that fresh 'from farm to the table' goodness. Relaxation is also an important part of healthy living and there are so many ways to rejuvenate.
