Honeoye Falls Distillery was founded over a glass of rye whiskey in the summer of 2013. Our head distiller works in small batches to create well-crafted spirits that are as crisp and smooth as they are complex and savory. Every batch is made with quality ingredients, sourced from trusted local farms and orchards, further infusing them with the region's local flavors and history. In 2016, we opened the doors on "The Tasting Room" (on on-site cocktail lounge and kitchen) where we serve delicious entrees and appetizers prepared with local ingredients.
