Eleven crystal clear lakes, along with the Erie Canal and Lake Ontario, provide resources for diverse water activities and the backdrop for fantastic views and vistas. Bike Geneva Around the Farm Trail 33 miles Ontario County is home to hundreds of farms and the agricultural land is some of the best in the country. The Around the Farm Trail takes you through the rolling hills and farming communities of the Finger Lakes. Bike the Cruising Geneva Trail 11.6 miles The Cruising Geneva Trail takes you around the City of Geneva and down to Seneca Lake. The leisurely ride is full of Geneva's historic architecture and stunning lakes views. Bike the Geneva Park to Park Trail 14.7 miles (one way) The Park to Park Trail starts in Seneca Lake State Park and ends at Sampson State Park. Along the way you'll see rolling vineyards and plenty of wineries where you can taste some of the region's best wines. Hike Harriet Hollister High in the hills between Canadice and Honeoye Lakes, you will enjoy spectacular views of Honeoye and the Rochester skyline. Bike Stid Hill 37.4 miles As the name implies, Stid Hill sits on the side of a hill. Opposite Bristol Mountain Ski Resort, this is a challenging trail and a must for adventurous mountain bikers Hike Ontario Pathways There are 23 miles of multi-use recreational trails criss-crossing Ontario County between Canandaigua, Stanley, and Phelps. Bike the Bristol Hills 34.6 miles Although its rugged terrain and steep inclines present a challenging bicycle ride for the average cyclist; a trip through the Bristol Hills is well worth the extra effort. Bike Geneva Skyline 35.7 miles Geneva's prominent skyline, stretching across the northern shores of Seneca Lake, is one of the oldest and most beautiful sights to behold in the Finger Lakes Region. Paddle West River Marsh West River Marsh is part of the Hi Tor Wlldlife Management Area and features include wooded hills, ravines and marshlands, as well as access to Canandaigua Lake. Bike Bloomfield and Victor 27.7 miles From picking apples to picking out an ice cream flavor. This route takes you up and down the rolling hills left by glacial activity from ten thousand years ago. Bike Gorham's Lakeviews and History 35.7 miles Enjoy the town of Gorham's scenic views of Canandaigua Lake, rolling open countryside and rural atmosphere steeped in history. Hike Victor Trails and Parks 15 miles Dryer Road Park is a multi-use trail system that includes a variety of single-track trails, which are ideal for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. Paddle Canandaigua Outlet 16 miles As the water leaves Canandaigua Lake it travels for 38 miles from the north end. This route has several launch options, depending on how far you wish to travel.
