South Bristol's Farm & Flea Market is held the second and fourth Saturday of every month, June through Labor Day, at the South Bristol Grange. Browse the market for local fresh produce, syrups, jams and jellies, antiques and collectibles, and hand-crafted items and art. Proceeds from the market will benefit the South Bristol Historical Society and the South Bristol Grange. Built in 1923, the South Bristol Grange was once the community's social center where residents gathered for performances, recitals, dances and community and town government meetings. In recent decades, the grange has been used for various activities, and houses historic treasures such as original furnishings and the window from the town post office.
