After sitting abandoned for almost thirty years, the Lehigh Valley Railroad Manchester Roundhouse and built in 1916 is being positioned to undergo a transformation and new beginning. The findings of a report prepared for Ontario County on the condition of the Roundhouse and its potential for redevelopment will be presented on Thursday, October 21st from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. John G.
