Total Solar Eclipse Education

Finger Lakes Community College and the Rochester Museum and Science Center have partnered together to provide a series of videos about various facets of the upcoming total solar eclipse on Monday, April 8, 2024. These videos are all under 10 minutes and great education for adults and children alike. 

Episode 1 details eclipse safety.

Episode 2 focuses on viewing methods besides eclipse glasses.

Episodes 3 and 4 are about the science of eclipses.

Episode 5 deals with how eclipses are regarded in history and culture
