It's time for an intimate, farm-to-table, family-style dinner on the breathtaking grounds of Kettle Ridge Farm. The last Dinner Under The Moon of 2019, this 100-seat dinner will showcase the harvest season bounty of small artisanal farms in our little corner of the world.
To round out a wonderful farm dinner season, they're bringing back our dear and talented friends, Root Catering! Chef Kristin Klock and Chef Jamie Balch will be at the helm for this dinner. Chef Kristin started her culinary career in San Francisco as a personal chef and small event caterer. A decade later she moved back home to Rochester and started (what we believe to be) the area’s premiere catering company, specializing in locally sourced, creative menus. Her trusty associate, Chef Jamie, has worked at some of Rochester’s most iconic restaurants and shares that same passion for locally grown and sourced ingredients.
The menu is "chef's choice"; Root Catering and team will gather and prepare local, seasonal ingredients based on what is available the week of the dinner. The mystery is all part of the fun, and we guarantee to please a wide range of palates. The menu will be gluten-free friendly (not entirely, but a majority of the dishes will be gluten-free).

This is a BYOP event (Bring Your Own Plate) — we’d love for each of you to bring a piece of your home to the table, and we’d be happy to give it a scrub for you before leaving the farm.
