Victor is a charming village, rich in history, approximately a 20-minute drive from Rochester, NY. Shoppers will find a good variety of small businesses selling gifts, clothing, quilting supplies, gourmet popcorn, and comic books plus a yoga studio that welcomes drop-ins. Dining options are many and varied including El Basha Mediterranean cuisine, Lucca Wood Fire Bistro, Salvatore’s Old Fashioned Pizzeria, and a local favorite sports bar, the Victor Village Inn featuring TK’s Pizza. For beer lovers, Twin Elder Brewery features their craft beer, local wines and fancy cocktails and Stumblin’ Monkey Brewing Company has home brews on tap as well as crowlers to go, Finger Lakes area wine and spirits. Near the Stumblin’ Monkey you can hop on the Trolley Trail, part of the Victor Hiking Trails system for a hike, run, bike or snowshoeing and cross country skiing in winter. Mead Square park, located in the center of the village, provides a place to stop and relax on a shaded bench. Not far from downtown are two golf courses, Ravenwood Golf Club and Victor Hills Golf Course. Ganondagan State Historic Site, dedicated to the culture, art, agriculture and government of the Seneca Native Americans is about a two mile drive from downtown and the Eastview super-regional shopping center is a little over three miles away.
