New York Kitchen, formerly the New York Wine & Culinary Center, is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization founded in 2006 with a mission to educate, engage and excite visitors of the incredible agricultural, craft beverage and culinary industries in New York State. NYK’s state-of-the-art facility features two Hands-On Kitchens, the Wine Spectator Educational Theater, a tasting room, private dining room, and a farm-to-table style restaurant with full bar on the second floor overlooking Canandaigua Lake. Operating year-round, we offer hands-on cooking and craft beverage pairing classes, indoor and outdoor food and beverage events and can host private events that will surely appeal to locals and visitors alike.
