Plant based lifestyles are the wave of the future and the Finger Lakes can now add Vegan Cuisine to their list of offerings. FLX Vegan will be opening its doors on Tuesday August 1st 2023 at 368 Exchange St, Geneva, NY 14456 and serving fresh, delicious and locally sourced plant based cuisine from 11 am-7pm. FLX Vegan Owner and Head Chef Mia Coles was born and raised in Finger Lakes. A woman passionate about wellness and plant based living, Mia enjoyed sampling and reviewing Vegan and Plant Based options all over the country, growing a community of followers on TikTok & lnstagram with her plant based reviews. She wanted to bring delicious vegan food options to her hometown and the idea for FLX Vegan was born. Mia started working from her home kitchen, with the help of her children, crafting original Vegan recipes available for take out or delivery. "I'll be making all the delicious foods you love ... they just happen to be vegan", the entrepreneur says, who prides herself on crafting meals that are equal parts flavorful and plant-based. We are proud to announce that FLX Vegan has been invited to share the Captains Cafe space at 368 Exchange Street on Mondays and Tuesdays from 11 am-7pm, serving Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Desserts. Available to Dine In or Take Out. FLX vegan will also be featuring other vegan items available locally in the Finger Lakes area, such as baked goods and other plant-based items from Mia's favorite vegan vendors.
