FAQ:
Q: Are hotels, restaurants or other businesses mandated to ask for test results prior to service?
A: Due to privacy laws, businesses cannot ask for proof of a negative test result. A guest may present test results by choice, but it is encouraged that businesses not ask a guest for test results/base a reservation off results.
