Looking to challenge yourself and take your abilities to the next level? Experience an IRONMAN 70.3 race either solo or with a team.
Registrants must be 18 years or older and hold a USAT membership.

Note: Relay teams have sold out for 2026, but general entry and IRONMAN foundation entry is still available!

Course Overview

All activities start and finish at the Geneva Lakefront Park. Parking is available at Seneca Lake State Park.

Swim 1.2 miles in Seneca Lake | Bike 56 miles | Run 13.1 miles

Schedule of Events

All events will occur at Lakefront Park, situated at the north end of Seneca Lake. Parking is available at Seneca Lake State Park (1 Lake Front Dr., Geneva, N.Y. 14456). The City of Geneva has asked that athletes DO NOT park on city streets. There is NO PARKING at the Finger Lakes Welcome Center or on US 5 & 20. Event schedule is subject to change.

Friday, July 10

By car

Geneva, N.Y. is located a short distance off Exit 42 of the New York State Thruway, making it an easy to get to destination. In the heart of the Finger Lakes Region, Geneva is just a five-hour or less drive from New York City, Boston, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Toronto.
