Destination Online Training

The Finger Lakes Visitors Connection Online Training program is designed to give our region's tourism partners the knowledge necessary to become tourism ambassadors of Ontario County. The course consists of five easy to navigate, interactive modules that provide training to help increase visitor spending and engagement, encourage longer stays, ensure repeat visitation and give our visitors the best experience possible. Begin by completing this introductory module, which will give you an overview of Ontario County tourism.

Instructions

There are 5 modules in the course. Each module takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. We recommend setting aside enough time to complete one full module at a time. Closing out of a module before completion will result in losing your progress in that module. Upon completion of a module, you may close out of the module and return to the course links on this page to complete other modules at a later time, or, you will be given the option to move directly to the next module upon completion of the module's quiz.
