Each September, in recognition of the grape harvest season, the Naples N.Y. Rotary Club hosts the annual Naples Grape Festival. Featuring grape pie as the star of the season in the Finger Lakes, the Naples Grape Festival showcases artists, grape-inspired foods, live music, a grape pie contest and more. While the official festival schedule offers these highlights, the entire town joins in the celebration with additional activities and events, making the weekend a true community-wide tradition.
Ready to plan your grape-colored getaway? You won't want to forget to take home a pie as a souvenir from your fall visit to the Finger Lakes.
The Essentials
Hosted in the town of Naples, N.Y.—considered the “Grape Pie Capital of the World”—since 1961, the Naples Grape Festival is a two-day celebration that brings together grape enthusiasts of all kinds, from winemakers and pie experts to craft vendors and fans of grape-flavored everything. The 2025 festival runs Sept. 27–28, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., rain or shine.
The event spans Naples’ Main Street, Memorial Town Hall (135 N. Main St., Naples, N.Y.) and Naples High School (136 N. Main St., Naples, N.Y.). General parking is available on Lake Niagara Lane, while the high school lot off Academy Street on the north side of the school is reserved for handicapped parking.
