July 7, 2026, Canandaigua, NY — Finger Lakes Visitors Connection (FLVC), the official tourist promotion agency (TPA) for Ontario County, NY is pleased to announce that Tracey Dello Stritto has been appointed as its next President & CEO, effective August 3, 2026. Dello Stritto will succeed Alicia M. Richie, CDME, as she prepares to assume the position of Executive Director of Chester County’s Brandywine Valley in Pennsylvania.
In Tracey's most recent role as President & CEO of the Ontario County Chamber of Commerce, she led the development and implementation of the organization's strategic and marketing plans, managed signature programs such as Leadership Ontario, and promoted local businesses through community partnerships, advocacy efforts, and other initiatives.
"Over the past several years, I have had the privilege of championing our local business community and am honored to build on that work as President & CEO of Finger Lakes Visitors Connection," said Dello Stritto. "As someone born and raised here, I know what makes this community such a special place to live, work, and play. With Ontario County experiencing remarkable growth and opportunity, I look forward to collaborating with our community and business partners to strengthen our visitor economy, support local businesses, and inspire even more people to experience everything our county has to offer."
Dello Stritto brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across a range of local organizations, with expertise in building financial stability, fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders, and leading strategic planning and marketing initiatives.
"We are delighted to welcome Tracey Dello Stritto to the team," said FLVC Board Chair, David Hutchings. "Her experience leading high-impact and community focused initiatives will contribute to FLVC's mission of promoting Ontario County tourism and driving economic impact to our destination."
Prior to joining the Chamber, Dello Stritto served as Executive Director of the Partnership for Ontario County, now known as Ontario Cares. She also served as Executive Director of the Finger Lakes Wine Alliance, Communications & Club Manager at Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard, and Direct-to-Consumer Manager at Red Jacket Orchards.
Krista Gleason, Chair of the Ontario County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, said, "Over the last two and a half years, Tracey has positioned our Chamber at the forefront of economic development, workforce leadership development, and advocacy. It’s no surprise to us that FLVC has seen this impact and offered her an opportunity to bring her leadership to the tourism industry. FLVC is a longtime Chamber partner, and we look forward to working with Tracey in her new position. Our Chamber board thanks Tracey for her indelible contributions and for being an absolute joy to work with."
"We also want to thank Alicia M. Richie for her invaluable service and contributions, and wish her the best in her new role," added FLVC Board Representative, Charles Parkhurst. “Alicia led key advancements at Visit Finger Lakes, including a new data partnership with Economic Development to measure tourism's economic impact and a county-wide Digital Asset Management platform to strengthen destination marketing. She also strengthened partner and stakeholder relationships across the county and advanced a strategic multi-year planning framework to guide the organization's future direction."
Under Richie’s leadership, FLVC experienced a chapter of growth and evolution, and the FLVC Board of Directors assures the community that the FLVC team maintains its unwavering dedication to its mission: committed to continuing to provide value to our partners, stakeholders, and the greater community.
