Visit Finger Lakes is accepting proposals from qualified consultants and firms to develop a comprehensive 3–5 year strategic plan for the organization and destination. The selected firm will lead stakeholder engagement, facilitate vision and goal-setting, and deliver an actionable roadmap aligned with Ontario County's regional tourism priorities. The budget for this engagement is not to exceed $30,000.

Request For Proposal: Marketing & Advertising Agency of Record

Visit Finger Lakes is accepting proposals from qualified marketing and advertising agencies to serve as its Agency of Record beginning September 1, 2026. The selected agency will lead media buying, brand strategy, creative production, digital advertising, and integrated campaign development with an estimated FY27 investment of approximately $343,000.

Request For Proposal: Public Relations Agency Partner

Visit Finger Lakes is accepting proposals from qualified public relations agencies to serve as its strategic communications partner beginning September 1, 2026. The selected agency will lead earned media outreach, press trip coordination, and storytelling campaigns that elevate Ontario County's profile with national and regional travel, lifestyle, and culinary media. Agency fees are not to exceed $60,000 for FY27.
